1. What Data We Can See in Livayo
All. We can see any data you enter in Livayo in any field. Passwords are encrypted. Livayo does not have any financial information you enter (the payment window is a secure site owned by Stripe).
2. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data during your active subscription and for six months after you end your subscription. We do this to make it easy for you to start using Livayo again without having to rebuild your jobs and tasks. After six months we send you an email to inform you that in thirty days we are deleting your data. Also, we will delete your data from Livayo within three days if you request us in writing to delete it.
3. Data Use and Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties without your permission or unless you want us to. We do use customer data to create samples of “how others use Livayo,” but we do not use data in a way that it can be identified to you. We use data internally for training, customer analysis, and market research, but no data is sold to, sent to, shared with anyone outside of Livayo without your permission.
4. Internal Privacy
All employees and independent contractors sign a confidentiality agreement that they will not show, take, share or mishandle customer data. Also, we maintain high levels of data security in our web services and data storage processes.
The data we use for Livayo is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 16.
Disputes are handled in the jurisdiction of the State of Utah.
